As a rough guide, allow about 200–250g of boneless meat per adult, or 350–450g for a joint on the bone — a little more if you want leftovers. Tell us how many you’re feeding and we’ll help you get it right.

As early as you can. Christmas week is the busiest of our year and custom orders are prepared in the order they reach us. When you message us we’ll confirm the day your order will be ready for collection or delivery.
Yes, on our normal delivery days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday) across the south of Malta, with a €30 minimum. See the areas we cover. You can also collect from the shop in Marsaxlokk, with no minimum.
Cash or Revolut, on delivery or when you collect. There is no card or online payment at any stage.
